Deal Protection & Refunds

Failed Deals: Deals where minimum item requirements have not been reached. Immediate refund of product and shipping costs through PSP to your payment method
Exit Policy: Leave deals only when timer is above 24 hours with cash refund minus platform fee of 5%. Leaving when timer is below 24 hours is not allowed. Exit only allowed when your departure won't cause the deal to drop to a lower tier.

5% Platform Fee Benefits

A 5% platform fee is calculated on all deals over the original RRP (Recommended Retail Price).

How Tier Discounts Work

  • Tier 0: Starting price (already discounted from RRP) - pay this when you join

  • Price differences refunded immediately through PSP to your original payment method when deal ends

🎁 Bonus Credit Rewards

Referral Credits

Both you and your referral earn 2% over RRP when they register and make their first purchase (any item). Only you (the referrer) earn 1% over RRP on all their future purchases for up to 2 years. Team Up Credits can come on top when both are in the same deal.

Early Buyer Credits

Earn credits for joining deals early (per item): 2% (Tier 0), 1.5% (Tier 1), 1% (Tier 2) of RRP.

Team Up Credits

Earn 1% credits (over RRP) on every item when you and your friends join the same deal. Both you and each friend earn 1% credits, calculated on the lower quantity purchased between you and that friend. This calculation applies separately for each friend to ensure fairness and prevent misuse. Invite unlimited friends through your direct link and turn them into extra savings.

2 Month Protection Period for Credits & Credit Expiration

Referral, early buyer, and Team Up Credits are locked for 2 months from when successful deals end (minimum items reached, timer ended). Credits are purchase-only, not cashable.

Credit Expiration & Terms

Early Buyer Credits, referral credits, and Team Up Credits are valid for 24 months from the date they unlock. After this period, they will automatically expire.

Credit Loss Policy

Early buyer credits, referral credits, and Team Up Credits are deleted when exiting deals or returning items. Additionally, you lose referral credits when your referrals exit or return items, and Team Up Credits are lost when either you or your invited friends exit deals or return items.
