How do group buying deals work?
Group buying allows consumers to get better prices by purchasing together. The more people join a deal, the lower the price becomes through tier-based discounts.
When will I be charged for my order?
You pay upfront when joining a deal to secure your spot. If the minimum participants isn't reached, you'll receive a full refund in platform credits that can be cashed out immediately.
How do referral credits work?
Both you and your referral earn 2% over RRP when they register and buy the deal they were invited to. You earn an additional 1% over RRP on all their future purchases for up to 2 years. Credits must be activated first and have a 2-month protection period before they can be used for purchases only (no cash out available). Credits are valid for 24 months from issuance (when they unlock) and will automatically expire after this period.
Can I return items from group deals?
Yes, you have 14 days to return items under EU consumer rights. See our Returns & Refunds page for complete details on the return process.
How do I become a supplier?
Dutch businesses can register through our supplier program. You'll need KvK registration and VAT number for verification. Commission rates are 10-15% depending on volume.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our verified payment partners.
