Important Credit Policies

Credit Expiry: All credits (Early Buyer, Referral, Team Up) expire 24 months from the date they are unlocked
Credit Loss Policy: Early buyer credits, referral credits, and Team Up Credits are deleted when exiting deals or returning items, regardless of whether you or your friend (where relevant) exits or returns
Protection Period: Credits are protected for 2 months after the deal ends and cannot be used during this period

Tier Discount Refunds

  • Money from additional tier discounts reached is repaid after deal timer ends
  • Failed deals (deal does not reach minimum item requirement) refunded to original payment method
  • Real money back, not credits

Team Up Credits

  • When you and your friend join the same deal through your direct link, you’ll both earn 1% credits (of RRP) for each item purchased. Credits are calculated on the lower quantity between you to ensure fairness and are stackable with referral credits
  • 2-month protection period after deal completion
  • Use for purchases only - no cash out

Early Buyer Credits

  • 2% (Tier 0), 1.5% (Tier 1), 1% (Tier 2) of RRP
  • 2-month protection period after deal completion
  • Use for purchases only - no cash out

Referral Credits
